1st visit will include spraying of a diluted liquid chemical in all areas of the house.
Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?

No, the customer needs to wait for 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back utensils. The professional will not place back utensils (even if addon is bought).
What will the 2nd visit include?

2nd visit will include application of a semi-solid gel in all areas of the house.
What safety precautions are needed?

The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water or soap, only a dry cloth should be used to clean the surface.
Why do I need the 2nd visit?

The 2nd visit targets eggs which may hatch later, hidden cockroaches and new babies. Killing them via a 2nd visit enhances the effect of the service. Hence it is recommended to take the 2nd service, even if the problem is eliminated after 1st visit.
Will I have to empty the kitchen for the first visit?

Yes, the customer will be required to empty the kitchen for the first visit. Although, if professional assistance is needed for the task, one can buy the add-on service.

Once I have made the booking, is there anything else I need to do?

There are a few things you can do to ensure proper disinfection. Please remove the bedsheets, pillow covers and other clothing items. For safety reasons, store your food items inside your cupboard/ fridge. Also, for more effective disinfection, kindly perform the necessary dusting beforehand.
How long will this service be effective?

The disinfection and sanitation service will be effective for approximately a period of one week, provided there is no external contamination.
Which areas are included and excluded from the process?

The living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom will be disinfected in the process. Areas like kitchen cabinets, cupboards, electronic items, and gardens wouldn't be covered.
Are the chemicals used in the process safe for everyone?

Yes, the chemicals used in the process are diluted. Specially, it is safe for kids, elders, and pets. In case of irritation, please rinse it with plenty of cold water.

This service will disinfect all the contaminated surfaces in the house. The surfaces are safe as long as no further external contamination has occurred. Although, precautions should be taken by following preventive measures like social distancing, washing hands frequently and practicing respiratory hygiene.
